Very nice apartment. Clean, comfortable. Has a dedicated parking spot. Highly recommended. Owners went above and beyond to make our stay very nice.

The location is great!! The house is awesome, plenty of space with everything you could need including a coin laundry downstairs. The ease of the entry and exit made it great as well. I highly recommend the space!!

What a pleasure to stay in this home! Gordon and Monica were wonderful hosts. Beautifully designed with a fully loaded kitchen, brand new appliances, and the house is so close to all of Alameda's restaurants and stores. Beautiful floors and all updated bathrooms. Deck outside off of kitchen and larger bedroom with a table with 4 chairs. This is our first time using Airbnb and we couldn't have been more pleased. The home came with a concrete pad to park on off of the street! Close to the Alameda ferry terminal to easily go over to the city (SFO). When we are back in the bay area, we will be looking to stay at Gordon and Monica's place! We stayed for 8 nights and it was awesome!
I really liked the house and the neighborhood. House is very clean and in beautiful condition. There is a great downtown with local restaurants and shops. Gordon provided tips for getting around in a way to avoid the rush hour traffic. I will definitely check availability for this house the next time I am working in the greater Oakland area.
